As a Product Owner, I am responsible for maximizing the value of the 1031x SaaS solution resulting from the work of our development team. This solution is designed for qualified real estate intermediaries and their clients, providing the capability to manage 1031 exchanges and their associated tax consequences. My responsibilities include leading client-facing pitches, leading a diverse team of 3 XFN, developing design and structural prototypes, as well as managing backlogs and sprints.

As the product owner and project manager of the Shopify Template Project, I've established a streamlined sprint tracking system, facilitating weekly retrospectives both in written form and vocally. I've led engaging sprint reviews, conducted hands-on technical QA, and crafted comprehensive documentation for the theme.

Scoped, priced, developed, tested, and maintained over $300k worth of custom digital solutions.

Cultivated a culture of user-first quality improvements on managed websites through the creation and ongoing editing of new pages, following WCAG 2.0 compliance standards, and regular experimentation.

Created a catalog of monthly newsletters offered by Hencove Marketing to enable sales reps to help further sell our custom solutions and gain a better understanding of what our team can do.

Managed and acted as a main point of contact with stakeholders for various critical projects including but not limited to Website Accessibility testing (for: Haverford Trust Company), development of a new Careers page (for: Sentec), and building an interactive Sales map (for: Definiti).

Prepared financial software research reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintained organized client files and databases, ensuring easy access to critical materials and data.

Provided support for over 50 Private Wealth division's clients.

Collaborated with the Alumni Relations team to plan and execute alumni events, including reunions and networking sessions, resulting in a 50% increase in alumni attendance.

Managed alumni databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for over 5,000 alumni.
